VII. Other Ideas For Consideration.

This section is really an extra part, an “appendix” to what has gone before.  Some of these ideas are only loosely connected to the major part of the book, but I think they are important enough to be included.  I hope that someone will take these ideas and run with them.
Revolutions usually need an idea (or a philosophy), some people (or the revolutionaries), and a tool (or a weapon).  This section is about the tools you can use, as you seek to learn English on the go, on your own, without a foreign helper.  People are important, but with a little “applied technology”, the job can be done faster and more efficiently.  There are also some serious implications when the issue of reaching out to others as an English tutor is considered.  This section will discuss the role of video-telephones, internet-based “matchmaking” services, and other technological innovations you can use in order to spread the use of English all over the country.  If some of these ideas are adopted, then “urban talent” and “rural needs” will be bridged to a greater extent.
